Booking conditions
Arrival: from 16.00 until 19.00 o'clock P.M
Departure: until 10.00 o'clock A.M
Minimum stay: 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday
The price includes: rental and use of the house, bed linen, towels, electricity, gas for cooking, water, use of the garden and barbecue.
The price doesn't include: heating
Booking: 30% down payment through bank transfer, as confirmation at the moment of booking. The balance has to be paid 40 days before arrival, through bank transfer.
Cancellation: in case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back.
Deposit: 500 EURO to deposit in cash form on arrival.
Note: the property keeps reserve the faculty to utilise, only for personal use, the locals completely indipendent, situated at the first floor.
